When you place your order with us, your shipping costs are automatically calculated for you based on your location.
Due to licensing restrictions Abbyshot can only ship The Malcolm Reynolds Browncoat to the following countries: Canada, U.S.A., U.K., and Ireland.
Purchases from outside of Canada may be subject to additional import customs and duty fees as determined by your government customs agency - these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2-3 business days for $29 CAD plus applicable taxes. Includes tracking and insurance.

3-5 business days for $40 USD anywhere in the country. Includes tracking and insurance.

U.K. & Ireland Shipping:

5-8 business days for $89 USD for the U.K. and Ireland destinations. Includes tracking and insurance.

Canadian Shipping

1-2 business days for $49.00 CAD plus applicable taxes. For Atlantic Provinces, the cost is $39.00 plus HST. Includes tracking and insurance.

2 business days to most US locations for $79 USD. Hawaii costs $99 USD. Includes tracking and insurance.

Warranty & Return Policies

Warranty - Garment Quality Guarantee

At AbbyShot, we pride ourselves on the high quality of all our products. If within 7 days you find anything wrong with the sewing or materials of any article of clothing you buy from us that was due to our negligence or mistake, we will fix it for free. This product must not be altered in any way. For legitimate cases of product defect, you can return your order for repair. All you do is pay for the shipping and handling back to AbbyShot.

Free Re-Fitting Return Policy

Should you order a set-size product from us and it does not fit, then you may exchange it for a different size. You must notify AbbyShot within 7 days of receiving the item about the fitting problem in order for your exchange to be approved.

Once the exchange is approved, the item for exchange must be sent to AbbyShot within 7 days of the date of this approval. When returning clothing as part of our policies they must be clean, lint free, odour free (e.g. smoke) and not have any signs of wear or alteration. If you have been wearing your garment (beyond simply trying it on to assess the fit) then we apologize but we cannot accept this garment for return.

The exchange itself is free of charge; all you do is pay for the shipping and handling. Also, you are strongly encouraged to follow the guidelines below for returning a garment, as they will ensure the most reliable and economical means of delivering your garment to us. AbbyShot is not responsible for any duties or fees that may occur from returning your garment. If duties or fees occur they will be charged to you along with a nominal handling fee for processing this additional expense. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Order Cancellations Policy

If your set-size order is new and still has the "New Order" status, it can be canceled free of charge. If the order has reached the "In Progress" or "Shipped" status, the cost for canceling this paid set size order is then $30.00 CAD. The remainder of your original purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. If the garment has already been shipped out, the remainder of the product price (excluding the shipping price and any customs duties) will be refunded to you within 30 days of AbbyShot receiving your returned coat. Please follow our Return Guidelines below.

How to Return a Garment to AbbyShot

When shipping your coat to us, please be sure to follow all the notes below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return, for us and more importantly for you!

Approval

Please inform us before shipping that you will be returning a garment as well as the reason why you are returning it. We can then determine which of our policies will suit your needs beforehand so there are no delays once your coat does return.
When returning clothing as part of our policies they must be clean, lint free, odour free (e.g. smoke) and not have any signs of wear or alteration. If you have been wearing your garment (beyond simply trying it on to assess the fit) then we apologize but we cannot accept this garment for return.

Shipping

Please use a delivery method that will provide you with tracking and insurance on the package. If your coat never reaches us we can only be sympathetic. If you're not sure if the method you intend to use includes such features, ask the service provider before giving them your package.
The easiest way to send a package back to us is by using a Postal Service method because it usually avoids customs clearance and/or duties.
All shipping and handling fees are your responsibility. This includes fees for shipping the garment to our offices, and also for AbbyShot to return a new or altered garment to you.
If using a courier service to return your garment, it is not acceptable to copy our courier business account number onto your package. We will bill you for the shipping fees and charge an additional processing fee for handling this charge due to the unauthorized use of our courier account.
Please elect to pay all shipping, handling and duty fees.
We know that we have uncanny folding skills due to years of experience, but please try your best to fold your garment and repackage it in the original plastic to avoid damage when being delivered back to us.

Customs Regulations

As noted above, shipping a garment back to us through a Postal Service method usually avoids customs clearance fees and/or duties.
To satisfy the regulations of Canada Customs, you must include the exact phrase, "Canadian Goods being returned" on the shipping documentation AND the package itself.
Please also indicate the category of the goods as "Repair" or "Return" on customs forms (this is usually in a check box format).
Please write in the country of origin of the goods as "Canada".
For customs purposes, please include a copy of ALL PAPERWORK from the ORIGINAL shipment (original waybill, commercial invoice) so it is clear that the coat is being returned.
Should there be any customs or duty fees as a result of sending your package to us, we will charge them to you along with a nominal fee for processing this additional charge.
Please ensure that you are using only your own personal customer information as the shipper.
Under most circumstances, properly labeling your package as a returned item as specified above should eliminate any customs duties!

Terms & Conditions

All orders require payment in full before an order can be shipped. Payment can be made through A) PayPal’s secure system using major credit cards or your PayPal account, or B) Wire Transfer. If you choose the Wire Transfer option we will e-mail you all information needed to bring to your bank to perform a SWIFT wire transfer. Please note that the Wire Transfer option involves an extra charge of $10 USD to pay for bank charges. There are no transaction charges when paying through Paypal.
